Plan and checklists
We agree the format, running order, venue requirements and power supply. We gather information from suppliers and draw up the set-up schedule.

We build the system and rehearse speech, video, lighting and switchovers. We prepare a plan in case anything changes.

Delivery and support
We coordinate the tech on site, keep the programme on pace and react before a problem grows. At the end, we handle the dismantling.

Do you provide both equipment and crew?
Yes. We can come with just the crew or with full technical back-up – sound, lighting, multimedia, streaming and staging. We tailor the scope to the event format and the venue's requirements.
Does technical production include on-site coordination?
Yes. We can provide a technical coordinator who brings together the crew, the venue and the suppliers and keeps the programme on pace.
How is technical production priced?
The quote depends on the scope, working hours, the number of stations and zones, and the set-up conditions. The fastest way to agree it is a short call and a look at the agenda.
Can you join at the last minute?
Yes, if we have people available. We can join as late as 24 hours before the event. The more information we get straight away, the faster we can confirm the scope.
What kinds of events do you work on?
Conferences, galas, corporate events, trade fairs, outdoor and hybrid events. We always match the tech to the venue and the flow of the programme.
What do you need to prepare a quote quickly?
Just the agenda, number of guests, location, number of zones, whether you need streaming or LED screens, and the set-up and dismantling times.

Yes. We work in many cities and venues. We tailor the scope to the on-site conditions and the schedule.
