We agree on the goal, character of the event and budget. We suggest what makes sense and what only looks good on paper.

We prepare a visualisation or a mock-up. Changes are made now, not on set-up day.

Technical design
Drawings, dimensions, materials and schedule – documentation you can hand over to the venue and suppliers.

Materials
We choose them with safety, transport and reuse in mind. On request – eco or premium versions.

Production and set-up
We build, deliver and launch everything in line with the venue's schedule.

We store elements for future editions or hand them over for dismantling and disposal.

Questions about Custom Made
How long does a Custom Made project take?
It depends on the scale – a neon logo is planned differently from an entire trade fair zone. We agree the timeline in our first conversation, once we know the scope and the event date.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. First you get a graphic concept or a mock-up for approval. Production only starts once everything has been signed off.
Can the elements be reused?
Yes, we design with reuse in mind. After the event we can store the elements for the next edition.
Do you also handle set-up and on-site support?
Yes. We set up, launch and run the installation during the event, and then dismantle it. If you also need sound, lighting or screens, we combine it with TechCoord technical support.
