A battle for fields on the board
The Floor combines a knowledge quiz with a strategy game. Players stand on a large, interactive board divided into fields. Each field is one question category. The winner is not just whoever knows the most, but also whoever picks their rivals well. See also our other game shows and the attractions catalogue.
Players challenge each other to quick-fire rounds of questions. The winner of a duel takes over the loser’s field. The game goes on until someone holds the whole board. We run it as a full TV-style show – with an LED floor and a set – or in a compact version on screens and tablets. The whole room cheers, because nobody knows who will win until the very end.
Personalisation
The Floor for your event
It can be a short game at a trade fair stand or a full company tournament. We agree the rules and categories with you.
Categories about your company
Fields can stand for departments, products, history or company values. For example, who knows the most about marketing.
A board in your colours
We match the colours, logo and look of the board to your company and event identity.
Team or individual play
Instead of 100 players, representatives of 10 teams can take the board.
Industry quiz
For a conference – categories on market trends, technology and expert knowledge.
Studio or digital version
A full show with an LED floor and a set, or a compact game on screens and tablets.
Help for players
Special fields, a “safe mode” or lifelines, if you want to lower the difficulty.
Host
Explains the rules, speeds things up and builds tension before every duel.

Why The Floor works at events
It is a quiz where strategy matters too. And the duels are short enough that the room never loses focus.
A board that impresses
An interactive board on screens or an LED floor catches the eye instantly.
Knowledge plus tactics
It is not just whoever knows the most who wins. Choosing your rival and staying calm under pressure count too.
The whole room cheers
Quick duels mean the audience follows every move the players make.
For small and large groups
It works for a 20-person board of directors in team mode and for a 100-person company.
Rules of the game
- 01
Board and categories
The board is divided into fields. Each player or team holds one field with its own category.
- 02
First move
We draw the player who starts. Their field activates and their neighbours light up.
- 03
Challenge
The player challenges one of their neighbours on the board to a duel.
- 04
Duel
The players answer questions. The catch is that they play in the category of the player being challenged.
- 05
Taking the field
The winner takes the loser’s field and the loser is out. The winner then decides whether to keep playing or pass the turn.
- 06
End of the game
The game continues until one player or team holds all the fields.
