Put on the headset and you are somewhere else
A guest puts on a VR headset and enters a digital world. It could be an exotic landscape, a sports arena or outer space. The operator helps set up the equipment and explains what to do. VR stations are one of our event attractions. Our event technical services can take over the tech for the whole event.
We show the headset view on a screen next to the station. That way the queue has fun too, and spectators gather around the station.

Where does VR work best?

Questions and technical requirements
Can't find the answer? Ask via the form – we'll reply within 24 h.
How much space does one VR station need?
About 3 × 3 m of free space per station. Room-scale experiences may need more. You also need to allow room for a table with the preview screen and a chair.
Is internet access needed for VR?
Usually not. Most apps work offline once installed. A stable connection is needed for live broadcasts, streaming and online multiplayer games. If you are planning something like that, get in touch – we will choose the right configuration.
How long does it take to set up the VR stations?
About an hour per station, and 30–45 minutes to take down. The total time depends on the number of stations. For larger events, we arrive well in advance. You can leave the logistics to our TechCoord team.
What power supply is needed?
One ordinary 230 V socket per station. If you are not sure about the power situation on site, contact us – we will help plan the stations.

A game in which the team is the controller. Players stand on a mat with coloured fields, and a camera turns their movements into the moves of a character on a big screen. The character goes wherever most of the team is standing.

NeuroSky is a game controlled by concentration. The participant puts on a headband with an EEG sensor, focuses, and the object on screen speeds up. Two players race at the same time while spectators cheer them on.

Holographic pyramid
We scan a guest’s face in 3D and turn it into a hologram. The guest gets a link to the recording and a foldable pyramid. They place it on their phone screen and watch their own head in three dimensions.

Holographic assistant
A Hypervsn display creates a 3D image that seems to float in mid-air. The hologram welcomes guests at the entrance, announces agenda items or shows your logo. The content can be changed during the event.
