Questions about TechCoord
Do you bring your own equipment or just people?
Both. We can operate the equipment already at the venue or bring a complete set-up: sound, lighting, LED screens, streaming and a stage.
Can you help at the last minute?
Yes, if we have a crew available. We sometimes join the day before the event. The sooner we get the agenda and a description of the venue, the sooner we can confirm the scope.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
The agenda, location, number of guests and zones, information on streaming or screens, and set-up and dismantling times. We'll ask about the rest in a short call.
Where do you work?
All over Poland – in hotels, conference centres, exhibition halls and outdoors.
Can you manage other suppliers' attractions?
Yes. Our coordinators can supervise attraction zones and the work of other companies on site to keep everything running to plan.
