Event sound: operation and engineering
You can't see sound, but it's often what decides how guests judge an event. We select, set up and run the sound system to suit the format – from a panel discussion to a full show.

What sound support includes
Sound isn't just speakers and a mixer. What matters is clear speech, no feedback, the right volume in every zone and clean audio for the livestream or recording. We take care of it from the first minute to the last.

From experience
The most common problems we solve
- Problem 01
The speaker can't be heard or is too quiet
How we solve itWe set up the system and the mix for the specific speaker, not for an average. We test microphones before they go on stage and listen throughout the talk.
- Problem 02
Feedback and squealing
How we solve itWe match the microphone to the room conditions and adjust the sound. We also tell speakers where to stand and how to hold the microphone.
- Problem 03
Online sounds worse than the room
How we solve itWe prepare a separate audio feed for streaming and keep an eye on levels. The livestream is clear for viewers in front of their screens too.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide microphones and sound engineering?
Yes. We match microphones to the room and format, run rehearsals and engineer the sound throughout the event.
Can you prepare a separate audio feed for streaming?
Yes. It's one of the things that improves a livestream the most. Online viewers need to hear clearly, regardless of how the room sounds.
Do you test microphones before speakers go on stage?
Yes. Before every talk we check the microphone and the basic settings. Nobody starts with half a minute of silence.
Do you handle events with music, a DJ or performances?
Yes. In that case we pay particular attention to the mix and the transitions between programme items. Plenty of energy, but no distortion.
What does the cost of sound depend on?
On the scale of the event, the number of zones and microphones, working hours, and whether the project includes streaming or recording.
Do you work across Poland?
Yes. We work in many cities and venues. We tailor the scope to the on-site conditions and the schedule.
