Multimedia is all about predictability. Formats have to match, a backup has to be at hand, and switchovers have to follow the rhythm of the programme. Speakers don't need to be tech experts.

The file behaves differently than in rehearsal
We keep copies of files, standardise formats and convert them quickly if needed. We always have a plan B for videos and presentations.

The switchover comes too late
We agree the switchover moments and one person who gives the cue. The operator doesn't guess – they know when to change the picture.

Slides are hard to read on the LED screen
We check contrast and fonts on the actual screen. We help improve the slides so that people in the back rows can see the content.

Do you test presentations before the speaker goes on stage?
Yes. We check the files, formats, videos and how the content looks on the actual screen. We also prepare a backup copy.
Do you switch slides and videos during the programme?
Yes. We agree the switchover moments with you and change slides, videos and graphics in step with the agenda. No downtime and no hunting for files.
Will you help adapt slides to an LED screen or projection?
Yes. We check legibility and suggest simple fixes – contrast, font size, layout – so the content can be seen from the back of the room.
Do you have a backup of the materials?
Yes, always. We have a plan B: a second file, a different storage device or an emergency switchover option.
What does the cost of multimedia depend on?
On the type of screens, the number of switchovers and zones, and whether the picture needs to go to a livestream or recording.
Do you handle multimedia at hybrid events?
Yes. In that case the presentations and the stage feed have to be linked to the livestream, and the switchover plan needs to be even more precise.
