City Portals
A portal is a big screen with a camera and a live stream. We connect two or more locations, and teams play together as if they were in the same room. We prepare the game script and set design for your event.

One game, several cities
In each location we set up a portal – a big screen with a camera and sound system. A live stream connects two or more places into a single playing space. A team from Warsaw can compete against a team from Kraków, while the Gdańsk branch plays alongside Wrocław. Everyone can see and hear each other in real time. This is not an ordinary video call. The portal is a gaming platform where teams genuinely play with each other – even though hundreds of kilometres separate them.
Scenarios
Games we can run
A few scenarios we have already tested. We can also create a game from scratch for your event.
Script and set design for your event
Portals are not just about the tech. We handle the entire production – from script to set design.
We write the game script to suit the nature of the event – team building, a marketing campaign or a conference. We also design and build the set around the portals. Participants play in a space prepared especially for this game.
Why set up portals
More and more companies have teams in several cities and work remotely. Portals let them meet in a shared game.
Less distance
You bring together teams and audiences from different branches, cities and even countries.
Shared fun
Competing and playing together build the feeling that everyone is one team.
Everything made for you
We create the game script and set design especially for your event.
Many uses
Works for team building, promotional campaigns in city centres and hybrid conferences.
Branch vs branch
A city-against-city game is highly engaging. Everyone cheers for their own.
Where do portals work best?

Questions and technical requirements
Can't find the answer? Ask via the form – we'll reply within 24 h.
What equipment do you provide?
The full set: large-format LED or projection screens, cameras, sound, lighting and control computers.
Is internet access needed?
Yes, and it is the most important requirement. Each location needs a stable, symmetrical, high-bandwidth connection. Only then does the stream run smoothly and without delays.
How much space does a portal need?
Enough to fit the portal installation and a zone for the players. The exact layout depends on the game and the set, so we agree it separately for each location.
What software connects the locations?
Software dedicated to this attraction. We supply and operate the software that connects the locations and runs the game.

Personalised event games
We design and program games for a specific event. A quiz for a conference, a skill game for a stand or a VR experience – with your branding, on PC, in the browser, on a phone or in a headset.

Custom contest organisation
We run contests online, at events or both at once. We write the terms and conditions, build an entry platform, promote the campaign, run the final and prepare a results report.

Voucher campaigns
We run voucher campaigns and hand out vouchers at events, often as a game or a contest. A great way to reward customers and draw traffic to a chosen zone.

Vending machines
A vending machine in your brand colours that dispenses gadgets, samples and prizes. The guest enters a code, solves a quiz, plays a game or scans a QR code – and only then collects the product.
