A moment of calm in the middle of a busy day
Participants sit down on mats, and the instructor guides them through simple breathing exercises, stretching and self-massage. Everyone leaves with a few techniques they can repeat at their desk or at home.
The workshops work as a conference break, an item on a team-building trip programme or a standalone company wellbeing session. See our other event workshops or the full attractions catalogue.

Questions and technical requirements
Can't find the answer? Ask via the form – we'll reply within 24 h.
How long do the relaxation workshops last?
A standard session lasts 1–1.5 hours. Shorter modules of 30–45 minutes work well as a conference break. A longer programme allows more time to practise breathing, face yoga or self-massage. We adapt the timing to the event schedule.
How many people do you run workshops for?
For small groups and large teams. With more than 20–25 people, we recommend a second instructor or splitting into smaller groups so everyone has room to exercise. The workshops can also be combined with other activities into a larger wellbeing block.
What kind of space do you need?
A calm, quiet room where every participant has space to move freely. Ideally it can be dimmed slightly. We avoid places with noise and constant foot traffic. If there are no mats on site, we can bring them.
What should participants wear?
Comfortable everyday clothes are fine – sportswear is not necessary. The important thing is that nothing is tight, especially around the waist and chest. Yoga and spine exercises are done barefoot.
